Pica d'Estats

Description

The Pica d'Estats is the highest peak in Catalonia, standing at 3,143.5 metres above sea level. It is located in the Axial Pyrenees, on the border between Spain and France, forming part of the Montcalm massif. It is an emblematic goal for mountaineers and one of the most popular three-thousand-meter peaks, known for its spectacular views and the usual access from the Catalan side via Lake Baborte or from the French side.
