On July 5, 2026, a 13.93 km circular route was completed in the Vallter area. The itinerary allowed for the ascent of four prominent peaks of the Eastern Pyrenees: Bastiments, Pic de Freser, Pic de l'Infern, and Gra de Fajol. Of these, Bastiments, Pic de l'Infern, and Gra de Fajol are part of the FEEC's "100 Peaks" list. The starting point for the route was near the Vallter 2000 ski station.
The journey began with an ascent from Vallter 2000, passing by the Refugi d'Ulldeter (Ulldeter Hut), until reaching Coll de la Marrana, a strategic point that would serve as both the start and end of the main loop of the route. From Coll de la Marrana, the path continued to the right to summit Bastiments. Subsequently, the route followed the ridge that marks the natural border between Catalonia and France, traversing Coll de Freser before undertaking the ascent to Pic de Freser.
Continuing along the same ridge, progress was made to Pic de l'Infern. After this, the crest was followed to the point known as El Portell, from where a descent into the valley began to return to Coll de la Marrana. Once at the pass, the last summit of the day was completed with a quick up-and-down to Gra de Fajol. After this ascent, the route returned to Coll de la Marrana, and the initial path was retraced to return to the vehicle at Vallter 2000.
