Flowering Meadows: The Splendor of Anacamptis pyramidalis

During our ascent towards the iconic summit of el Far, setting out from the village of Sant Martí Sacalm, we were delightfully surprised by a gift from nature. Precisely in the open, sun-drenched meadows bordering the municipality, where a gentle breeze caressed the grasses, we discovered the magnificent Anacamptis pyramidalis.

We were fortunate enough to observe several specimens of this highly characteristic orchid, all in splendid flowering condition. Their inflorescences, an intense and vibrant pink, rose elegantly, forming their unmistakable compact pyramids of blooms that contrasted wonderfully with the green of the meadows.
