Quick Orchid Stop in La Selva

Following a day that included a visit to Montgrí Castle, and making the most of the remaining daylight, a brief stop was made in the La Selva region. The purpose of this halt was to conduct a quick orchid survey in the area.

During this botanical excursion, the presence of a hybrid specimen was documented. This orchid corresponds to a cross between Serapias lingua and Serapias vomeracea. The finding allowed for photographing the specimen, adding it to the record of local floristic diversity, before the daylight completely faded.
